Responsibilities:

- Responsible for packaging of samples and bulk orders

- Prepare booking for shipping companies and forwarders

- Issue documents including I/E, L/C and Tradelink declaration

- Prepare shipment schedule

- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure smooth execution of logistics arrangements

- Provide general accounts and clercial support duties

- Other documentations and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- F.5 full cert with diploma or F.7 passed in English and Chinese

- 2 years clercial experience is required

- Good in PC knowledge such as Excel, word, Chinese input processing

- Independently, initiative, detail-minded and hardworking

- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

- Immediately available
