Job Duties

• To handle full set of I/E documents, L/C, banking documents & tradelink declaration
• To work with Sales Department to coordinate shipment related issues
• Follow up shipping schedule with factories, forwarders and transportation company

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above with minimum 5 years working in shipping field, preferable in the toy industry.
• Experience in handling full sets of Banking/LC, I/E documents, Tradelink Declaration independently
• Fluent in written and spoken English and basic Mandarin
• Good communication skill and able to work with different parties effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Internet Explorer.
• Hardworking, able to work independently.
• Knowledge in EEC & USA market and handling major customers will be advantageous.

Package:

• Monthly salary, Medical Insurance, Performance bonus,  Alternate Saturdays off.
