Responsibilities

• Handle full set of sea freights document, operation, transshipment, consolidation and trucking arrangement.
• Daily communications with oversea/mainland offices.
• Communication with oversea/mainland offices in regular conference call
• Monthly operation analysis report preparation
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above. Diploma in Logistics Studies or related discipline is preferable.
• 5-7 years of solid working experience in freight forwarding and logistics field
• Familiar with China customs process
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Tradelink
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate availability preferred
• Willing to work on Overtime
