Responsibilities:

• Responsible for clerical duties including data input / checking, reporting making, checking and editing information, shippment follow-up, documents filing, etc.
• Prepare quotation and purchase orders.
• Follow-up jewellery production and product delivery with factories / vendors.
• Handle the related administrative tasks for jewellery products, e.g.  photo-taking, label-issuing, data entry and documentation, etc.
• Perform other duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above.
• At least 2 years experience in jewellery firms, with exposure in jewellery production and knowledge in cost calculation on jewellery products preferred.
• With understanding in following-up jewellery production orders and communicate with vendors / factories.
• Strong in PC application such as MS Excel & Word, English & Chinese word processing.
• Sensible in figures and preparing tables/ spread sheets and good in MS Excel formulas.
• Responsible, hardworking, willing to learn and work overtime.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
• Candidate with more experience in fine jewellery production would be considered as Assistant Merchandiser.
