Responsibilities:

• Support the team in day-to-day buying activities and carrying out relevant market research
• Assist supervisor in sourcing and buying of merchandises from different vendors
• Liaise with other departments both locally and regionally for the smooth execution of the merchandise programs
• Assist in managing relevant sales plan for the assigned product category to achieve turnover and profitability
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above in related disciplines
• At least 2 years experience in toy retail chain buying, preferably in Boys products
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Well-versed in MS Office such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Strong numerical sense and analytical mind, able to work independently with initiatives and attention to details, good communication skill and interpersonal skills
