Responsibilities

• Handle design projects from conceptual stage to full set of construction drawing, details and specifications;
• Interior detailing and with knowledge in interior finishing materials/fittings;
• Production of full set working drawings and FF&E specification;
• Follow up from the design stage to project completion, ensure all projects completed on time;
• Liaison with operator, various consultants and main contractor;
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Interior Design or related disciplines;
• 4 years or above experience in hospitality design;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up;
• Skillful in freehand perspective & sketching is a definite added advantage;
• Knowledge in project administration and on-site construction management is a definite advantage;
• Creative, self-motivated, responsible, good presentation skill and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
• Well organized, detail minded, responsible, hard-working and self-motivated;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as a junior post.
