The successful candidate will be responsible for assist managing the supply chain & distribution activities support by SAP and other technical tools, which include goods inventory control & planning, operation and logistics planning & warehouse management. He/she will work closely with sales & supply chain team to have daily operation monitoring, suggest solution or redesign the process and operations reengineering with internal and external parties.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in operations management, supply chain / Purchasing, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years experience (experienced distribution of FMCG products or in textiles will have an advantage)
• Preferably SAP has an advantage
• Strong ability and sense for operations and distribution planning
• Handle purchasing duties including enquiry, process PO, delivery planning, inventory control, & prepare analysis reports for management review
• Support product development
• Excellent team work player, organization, planning and communication skills
• Able to communicate clearly with key vendor and communicate well with internal departments
• Monitor and review production planning and forecasting
• Able to work under pressure in compressed timeframes
• Proficient with MS Office & Excel, Chinese Word Processing (倉頡/速成)
• Good command in spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Attend & coordinate conventions, support marketing and handle adhoc duties
• Mainly stationed in HK office, and some traveling in China
• Lower experience will be considered as Supply Chain Coordinator
• Immediate available is preferred
