Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of professional HR services and advices including performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, staff movement
• Accountable for talent acquisition and selection for sustainable business expansion and growth
• Work out with operations to prevent and resolve staff issues including but not limited to disputes and disciplinary actions in compliance with HK labor ordinance
• Promote productive and harmonious employee relations throughout the company
• Review and improve working processes and procedures to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency
• Update and analyze regular HR reports in quality and timely manner
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' solid experience in Human Resources Management
• Sound knowledge of employment ordinance and related legislation with best HR practices in HK
• Proactive, self-motivated and good analytical, planning and organizing skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Expertise in MS Office
