Our client, a well-known international luxury brand fashion company is now in need of a Global Merchandiser (Wholesale and Franchise) to join their rapidly growing retail team in HK.  Potential candidates will manage global wholesale and franchise channels to ensure healthy growth through these channels while maintaining consistent brand image and provide necessary support and guidance to China and SEA franchise partners through direct communication.

Responsiblities 

• Manage seasonal merchandise assortment for wholesales and frachise doors to ensure that brand strategy and image is consistent around all regions
• Consolidate information from all regional commercial teams and give directions to all regional commercial teams
• Manage seasonal Asia Selling campagn and support seasonal selling campaigns held worldwide
• Manage order process for wholesales and franchise accounts:
• Work with operation manager to ensure on-time delivery to clients and communicate with wholesale manager and clients on late shipments
• Provide necessary support to new accounts by arranging induction training and providing information to the partners to adhere to the company's standard of procedure
• Regular wholesale and franchise sales analysis to increase sell-in and sell-out to identify growth opportunities and propose action plans to increase sales
• Review wholesales and franchise OTB plans and work with them to build growth driven budget planning

Requirements

• Solid related experience with luxary brand a must
• Regional and retail experience a must
