Principal Duties & Accountabilities:

• Take care of the master data creation, maintenance, and order processing procedure standardizaion
• Enter and mamaintain new master data and/or change of existing master data to support business process and ensure data integrity
• Work closely with internal departments to meet both buyers' and company's requirements
• Interface with internal buyers and production department on order follow-up and delivery/shipment status

The ideal candidate should have:

• Higher Diploma or above, 3-5 years’ working experience
• An interest in fashion
• Good command of English, PC skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent, analytical, detail-oriented
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Order Processing Assistant/Logistics Assistant
