The Role:

l         To provide a prompt and trustworthy service to our customers and leading other merchandisers.

l         Responsible for the planning, organization, control of production.

l         Communicate with both customer and manufacturers.

l         To keep control of quality and material, supply chain management.

l         Maintain Company image and ensure quality services delivery to customers.

l         Ability to thorough understanding of the production cycle.

Responsibilities:

-Lead junior merchandisers in China.

-Frequent travel to China is required.

-Update and accurate price quotations.

-Communicate effectively with our foreign customers(cater to their requests and needs).

-Contribute in innovation and concepts for our product developments.

-Initiate thorough market research and sale analysis/report.

-Coordinate efficiently with our internal teams for on-time delivery of un-defected products to our clients.

Requirements:

-Demonstrable of 7 years experience in merchandising in the manufacturing industry.

-Minimum High school diploma. Bachelor in sales & marketing, merchandising, business, design preferred.

-Knowledge of the detailed production procedures (product development, metal stamping, plastic injection molding).

-Solid command of computer skills with Microsoft Office, market research.

-Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
