Responsibilities

• Handle customers’ enquiries and follow up on sales activities
• Compile sales reports, customers reports and collect data for business review reports
• Coordinate with internal departments, Operators and Beauty Advisors on logistics and sales related tasks
• Coordinate meeting arrangements which may include travel and lodging arrangement
• Prepare itinerary for visitors
• Provide office administration support to the Travel Retail Asia Team
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• Experience in travel retail business is a definite advantage
• Proactive, multi-tasking, well-organized and strong communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• PC Knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
