Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ enquiries and follow up on sales activities
- Compile sales reports, customers reports and collect data for business review reports
- Coordinate with internal departments, Operators and Beauty Advisors on logistics and sales related tasks
- Coordinate meeting arrangements which may include travel and lodging arrangement
- Prepare itinerary for visitors
- Provide office administration support to the Travel Retail Asia Team
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Experience in travel retail business is a definite advantage
- Proactive, multi-tasking, well-organized and strong communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- PC Knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
