Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, maintain proper accounting records and procedures
- Ensure compliance with SOP, local legal and tax requirements
- Prepare Financial Statement, monthly schedules, expenses analysis, cost allocation and annual budgeting
- Perform financial analysis and budgetary control
- Supervise monthly closing and budgetary control
- Cash flow management
- Follow up and solve AR/AP outstanding issues
- Supervise daily accounting works
- Other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance and other related disciplines
- Student member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in financial / management reporting and 3-5 years' full set of accounts in trading industry
- Previous audit experience is definitely an advantage
- Experience and knowledge in accounting system (SAP Business One) is a plus
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office
- Attention to detail and patience
- High ethical standards
- Self-motived, well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
- Immediately available is preferred
