Requirement:

• Degree or relevant professional qualifications in purchasing/supply management
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience
• Mature, resourceful with good initiative, flexible to cope with change, able to work under pressure and a good team-player
• Effective negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Experience in tender procedure will be an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
