Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the Accounting Manager with daily operations
• Accounts reconciliation
• Assist with monthly management reports and year end audit analysis
• Making cheque payments including preparation of cheque to settle outstanding invoices, mail to creditors and update register
• Vouchers / Data Inputting – Following cheque approval and mailing, several accounting related entries are required including debit & credit details (via excel)
• Handling of staff expense claims
• Handling payments received from our debtors. For example banking in our cheques
• Assist in ad hoc issues

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must.
• Looking for candidates with previous relevant accounting experience (industry is not of concern)
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in accounting in Hong Kong.
• Excellent excel skills
• Proactive individual focused on system and reporting improvements
• Ability to work independently in a team setting whilst meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity.
