Job Description

Job Objective:

  • Interact directly with customer to process orders and credits; make preparation for the new product.
  • Interact with Sales, Marketing, Operations Team, other support staff and Factory in China


Major Responsibilities:

  • Follow up orders from customers (from order to delivery) support customer service's daily work
  • Co-ordinate closely with operations/shipping and factory in China to ensure all process are running smoothly
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s standard operating procedure
  • Provide proactive follow up and quality services to customers
  • Prepare report and support to the Sales Team
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to customers
  • Responsible for the on time delivery and inventory control
  • Participate in some ad hoc projects or tasks
  • Provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.


Job Qualifications:

  • F7 or above and/or appropriate prior experience
  • Knowledge of customer service best principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications or quick ability to learn
  • Able to act independently and maintain composure when dealing with others
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures Numeric, oral and written language applications
  • Good command of English and Mandarin both in written and speaking
  • Ability to gain product knowledge
  • Interpersonal skills, a pleasant, friendly style
  • Listening skills
