Responsibilities: 

• Able to handle product development and bulk production.
• Ensure bulk fabrics / trimmings ordered and samples approved in a timely manner.
• Monitor order tracking activities.
• Work with internal and outsourced factories on lead-time, capture shipping windows on both sample development and bulk production.
• Troubleshoot production problems and work with factory to present alternatives to both buyers and management.
• Maintain and update production system.
• Arrange inspection schedule.

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in Textile / Clothing or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• Experience in production management, preferably in high end luxury apparel products, business and casual wear.
• Good connection & sources for fashion fabric.
• Strong numeric sense.
• Meticulous, good negotiation, project management & interpersonal skills.
• Independent, responsible & self-motivated, able to work under pressure and fast-pace environment.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
