Responsibilities

  Sourcing and identify the right supplier in each product category;

  Identify and develop effective and reliable sourcing strategies;

  Oversee the price negotiation, cost reduction and new vendors’ development activities;

  Formulate strategy on cost & flexibility negotiations;

  Monitor the performance of the existing vendors to ensure the quality of

  material;

  Execute purchasing order based on supplier capability, capacity, quality,

  delivery performance and price;

  Evaluate the performance of each supplier on a regular basis, and improve the

  performance of problematic vendors;

  Conduct market survey and data management. 

Requirements

 Diploma or University Degree Holder with minimum 3 years relevant experience;

  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;

  Handle purchasing activities such as sourcing, PO follow up, trade terms and

  delivery schedule;

  Able to work under pressure and meet tight time schedule.

  Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua

  Immediate available is highly preferred.
