The Job:

• Operate spectrophotometer, measure color sample and interpret the color readings result
• Review lab dip / handloom / strike off / bulk dye lot and shade band under light box
• Providing color comments to vendor and dying house to monitor the bulk color shade consistency
• Maintain daily filing and update digital color standard database system
• Conduct Munsell 100 hue test to QA and related merchandisers
• Perform ad-hoc assignements when required

The Person:

• University / Polytechnic / IVE graduate in Textile Chemistry, or related disciplines
• 1 year working experience in related industry or fresh graduates will also be considered
• Familiar with the Data Color Spectorphotometer in color measurement
• Achieve Superior Discrimination in Munsell 100 Hue Test
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
