Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle full set of company secretarial matters and incorporation of clients’ companies in both Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
- Update and maintain statutory records and filing system
- Provide general administrative support to the department
- Assist in handling ad-hoc projects when required
Requirements
- Degree holder; (Higher Diploma with relevant studied in corporate compliance, corporate governance and company secretarial programmes will also be considered)
- HKICS student members preferred
- Minimum 1 to 2 years solid working experience gained from law firms or professional firms
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Familiar with CSA program
- Able to work independently and as a good team player
- Meticulous to details and can work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
