Key responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries from customers / overseas office through layout review to development of samples
• Coordinate customers' instructions with suppliers to ensure all details are met
• Prepare PO & SO, routine report and order follow up till on time delivery
• Verfity quality standard, safety requirements are fulfilled and approve QC reports
• Updating all information in ERP system from time to time
• Assist teammates with ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 2 year relevant experience in garment trims or sundries 
• Experience in dealing with overseas customers/offices is an advantage
• Independent, well organized and detail-minded, capable to monitor vendors performance and source vendors for new items
• Proactively provide feedback to management and overseas offices on potential problems
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
• Good in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
