Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries, handling payments and fund transfer, preparing invoices, monitoring daily accounts settlement
• Prepare inter-company recharge calculation and issue statement, liaison with our overseas offices for intercompany reconciliation and settlement
• Issue debit and credit note to vendor for expenses charge back
• Preparation of accounts analysis and reconciliation.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics or related discipline
• 3 to 5 relevant experiences in payments or A/P in sizable companies
• Able to handle a large volumes of payments and expenses
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent PC knowledge (including Excel, Words, and ideally SAP)
• Patient, detail-minded, a track record of stable career history
• Good English and Cantonese language skills
• Immediate available preferred

Candidate with lessor experience may be considered for the position of Accounts Clerk.
