Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone enquiries, schedule customer/model appointments and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
• Responsible for scouting and taking care of models
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
  
  

Requirements:

• 3 years of related experience and above
• Speak and Write both English and Chinese fluently
• Mature, detail oriented, and self motivated
• Outgoing, hardworking with great social skills
• Good connection in the industry
