The role

• Manage vendor performance in terms of service level agreements, product development & operational key performance indicators and relationship management.
• Vendor negotiations and relationship management, pricing and brand standard communications with work partners
• Visit suppliers regularly for brands requirement and changes
• Encourage, monitor and facilitate vendors’ continual improvement, as well as to resolve conflict as required with our corporate responsibility strategies.
• Work with key vendors to deliver improved supply chain efficiency including greater flexibility, shorter lead times, re-engineering and margin improvements
• Support Licensee requirements in line with brand guidelines.
• Work cross-functionally with the Global's Category team on sourcing strategies and annual performance reviews.
• Identified new suppliers in the case of ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Supply Chain / Business admin. or related discipline
• 3- 6 years’ of sourcing / purchasing experience in lingerie or stretch fabric in high functional safety standard.
• Sound knowledge in principles of supply chain management on a global basis.
• Used to work for an International Brand or fast pacing environment.
• Knowledge of product cost breakdowns and cost engineering principals.
• Working directly with vendors and able to evaluate performance therein.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
