Responsibilities:

The incumbent should be a detail orientated person with a background in warehouse and logistic operation. As a  member of the company's procurement and logistic team, the Logistic Coordinator is responsible for assisting the day to day operations in shipping management, inventory operation, and ERP system support.

Job Duties

Conduct warehouse and logistic operation in goods receipt, warehouse keeping, barcode labelling, receipt and transfer activities with courier and all related operations

• Processes material receipts in ERP system
• Inventory adjustments
• Reservation of material receipts to appropriate sales orders
• Process sales orders for daily shipments
• Transfer of materials to all assembly vendors
• Updating of sales orders, generating final shipping documents (Packing slip, Commercial invoice)
• Process material receipts conformation for all assembly vendors
• Process standard action requests from sales department
• Updates Purchase orders as needed for material receipts
• Coordinate freight forwarders, local delivery and local pick up of materials for inbound purchase orders and outbound shipments

Requirements:

• Secondary Education. Diploma holder in Supply Chain or related discipline preferable
• At least 2 years working experience in shipping field is advantage
• Knowledge of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is not required, but helpful in this position
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point, Excel & Chinese Work Processing
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, bi-lingual a plus
• Detailed oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task and interface professional with all levels & functions of the organization
