Job responsibilities:-

• Check and update customers’ payment status
• Checking and Monitoring shipment release in ERP according to the payment status
• Chase customer for payment, send statement and update aging reports
• Collect and bank in cheque from customer
• Follow up L/C received from customers
• Undertake ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:-

• LCC Intermediate or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounts Receivable
• Fast and accurate data input skill
• Experience in Flex accounting system & ERP system is preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows environment
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese
• Immediate availability preferred
