Responsibility:

- Provide administrative support for contracts and agreements renewal and maintenance

- Support the documentations work process system

- Supervise fellow colleagues for daily operations and monitor the process of work done

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and activities as assigned by the management from time to time

Requirement:

- Diploma holder or above in business discipline is preferred

- At least 3 years working experience, Legal sector related experience would be an advantage

- Proactive, eager to learn with strong communication and interpersonal skill

- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
