Duties : 

• Responsible for dealing with the inspection, maintenance and repair, improvement works of the premises;
• Planning, and controlling maintenance work schedule, design and contract administration;
• Carry out preparation and monitoring of E&M maintenance work and major renovation work;
• Recommend, prepare and review preventive maintenance schedule as well as arrange and monitor the maintenance work for the designated property portfolio;
• Manage property handover, handle enquiries and requests from leasing team and or tenants for defect rectification works;
• Carry out minor handy repair jobs;
• Able to handle small projects independently and working in difference locations. 

Requirements : 

• Higher diploma in construction / building services or related disciplines; 
• at least 3 years working experience in project co-ordination, construction;
• Good Knowledge in maintenance / interior fitting-out works supervision;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Technical Manager.
