Ovolo is now looking for an individual who stands out from the crowd to manage Hong Kong’s hottest new hotel. We are located on the Southside in the city’s next big fashion, art and culture district.

Responsibilities:

- ensure all phone calls are precisely transferred, message typed and delievered

- Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or PBX system.

- ensure all guests experience a fantastic stay at Ovolo by establishing a genuine relationship showing a really care

- upselling other hotel facilities, Provides information about hotel services to guests.

Requirement:

- fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

- good communication skills

- Previous hotel-related experience desired, but not necessarily

- Knowledge of centralized telephone systems.

- Skills in the operation of telephone equipment.

- Skills in dealing deplomatically with the public under stressful conditions.

- Knowledge of personal computers and methods of updating databases.
