Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- To plan and organise various marketing and corporate communications projects, including promotional campaigns and events, collateral productions, videos and TV / Radio APIs, advertising, and website, etc. for promoting the ERB, its course and services;
- to coordinate with internal parties and manage external counterparts for implementation and logistic arrangements, production and delivery;
- to provide ideas for developing concept, theme, creative and workflow;
- to work with internal designers and external counterparts on theme, creative, design and layout briefing and comments;
- to write and edit copies and scripts for marketing and corporate communication purposes;
- to develop advertising plans with consideration on media mix and budget, and coordinate with various media for media buying and placement; and
- to assist in other duties as assigned.
Entry Requirements:
- A recognised University degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines;
- with a minimum of 5 years’ post-degree working experience in corporate and marketing communications, of which at least 2 years should be at supervisory level;
- strong sense in concept and theme development, creative, design and layout;
- sound knowledge and solid experience in campaign and event management, production of collaterals, publicity materials, videos and TV / Radio APIs, advertising, and/or website promotion;
- good understanding of media and advertising channels and trends;
- innovative and dynamic, and good project and time management skills;
- proficiency in written Chinese and English, and IT skills; and
- experience in advertising or PR agency, design house and/or public bodies would be an advantage.
