Responsibilities:

• Assist merchandising managers to prepare seasonal OTB budget;  
• Prepare daily and monthly sales, inventory and delivery reports;
• Communicate with shops concerning all general merchandising issue;
• Assist merchandisers in all routine works;
• Provide administrative support to merchandising team;  
• Ad-hoc tasks as required;
• More experience will be considered a senior position. 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with around 2-3 years’ relevant experience;
• Proficient in MS-Office and Chinese word processing, knowledge in AS400 system will be an added advantage;
• Detail-minded, good coordination and communication skills;
• Willing to work overtime;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English including Putonghua.
