Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling all kind of company secretarial duties for both listed and non-listed companies.
• Maintain and update statutory records as required under the Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, Companies Ordinance and other overseas statutory requirements.
• Draft business correspondence and translate documents.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Company Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years solid company secretarial experience in professional firm / listed company.
• Willing to work independently, self-motivated, well-organized and with proactive attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer knowledge and familiar with MS Office (Word & Excel) and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
