Responsibilities:

• To manage both DHL and Customer data across the global solution.
• To develop and produce KPIs and various data reports
• To monitor the integrity of the data set and use the KPI's as a basis for review to a senior level
• To be able to manipulate & maintain large volumes of complex data utilising SCi (DHL web based system) Excel & Access data tools
• Enhance the current process to meet future needs
• Provide support to the Operations team and carried out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, 1 year related working experience 
• Strong and effective organising, planning and process work methods
• Advanced with MS Excel 2010, basic of MS Access
• Experience of working with large data sets
• Accuracy of work with dealing with challenging time frames
• Good command inwritten and spoken English
• Independent, energetic and responsible
• Good team player and customer focus
