Responsibilities:

• Lead sales team to achieve company’s goals with high standard of professional and compliance excellence;
• Manage retail sales operations in Hong Kong to achieve planned sales budget;
• Build front-line sales team and help cultivate an enjoyable and smart working culture to ensure the delivery of quality customer service to the end-consumer;
• Conduct market research and keep tracking of global market trend and new product development;
• Innovative projects to drive sales and profit growth;
• Analyze sales performance, provide sales projection and evaluate the marketing performance and effectiveness;
• Establish a close and harmonic working relationship with subordinates.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree holder of Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Over 5 years in sales field with at least 3 years at supervisory level;
• Good connection with local retailing network;
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin;
• With strong sales techniques and be aggressive to achieve sales targets;
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
