Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review legal documents and contracts, provide legal assistance in negotiation of commercial terms.
2. Provide legal advice and assistance to senior management and other departments of the Group companies.
3. Assist in procurement of external legal services and instructing external counsel as required. Monitor and take effective measures to manage external legal costs.
4. Develop and review and standard contracts for the Company.
5. Other ad-hoc assignment as required

 Requirements:

1. LLB Degree holder
2. 3-5 years post qualification experience, preferably in litigation and conveyancing field.
3. Mature, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in PC application
5. Excellent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
6. Immediate available preferred.
