Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of company secretarial support, including preparation and attandence to the filing of statutory documents with the regulatory bodies
• Update the statutory register books
• Assist in the preparation of the interim and annual results announcements and reports; and
• Assist in other related secretarial and trademark matters

Job Requirements:

• Finalist or Graduate of HKICS
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work.  Experience in handling trademark matter is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua.  At least a credit in English and Chinese in HKCEE
• Proficiency in MS applications including Words, Excel, PowerPoint,  including Chinese Word processing
