Job Description

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above,
  • Minimum 1-2 year relevant experience (Interior Design industry is highly preferred),
  • Familiar with basic accounting concepts,
  • Excellent telephone manner,strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Independent,self-motivated,responsible and willing to learn,
  • Good command in both spoken &written English, Mandarin will be an advantage,

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling telephone calls and general clerical work,
  • Handle daily accounting routines including data entry & filing,
  • Arrange month-end accounting report independently,
  • Prepare meeting minutes,
  • Assist design team in project co-ordination,
  • Prepare general and contract correspondence, 
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested.
