Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for statutory compliance for the Company and its subsidiaries
• Assist in preparing annual/interim reports, announcements, circular, SFO filings, and organizing board meetings and shareholders meetings
• Handle company secretarial matters for PRC companies

Requirements:

• Degree holder with associate or student member of ICSA/HKICS 
• Minimum 4 years of company secretarial experience preferably with experience in listed companies
• An understanding of the requirements of Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules
• Self-motivated, well-organized, strong-sense of responsibility and attentive to details
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese word-processing
