The Role

Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance, you will be fully responsible for:

• Implementing a firm-wide issue management process across Asia region to ensure all regulatory matters are identified and appropriately tracked to resolution
• Acting as a central point of contact for all compliance related issues across the region and performing necessary escalation, notification and reporting of incidents
• Collaborating with the operational risk and regulatory management team for ongoing enhancements to the issue management tools and systems
• Conducting departmental self-assessment and developing actions plans to address issues
• Assisting on reporting of compliance issues and facilitating the issue management process to identify emerging themes of regulatory risk

The Successful Applicant

You will be a University Graduate with at least 8 years’ experience gained within a financial services compliance function.  You will possess in-depth knowledge of compliance practices and methodologies and experience in coordinating issue management.   You will also have strong communication, analytical and time management skills. Hands on experience with compliance program and issue management will be an advantage.  Fluency in English is essential.
