Responsibilities

• Participate in store development projects in Hong Kong and South China regions, including to prepare, execute, supervise, review and follow up the store set up, closure, renovation and other related activities
• Handle office and stores facilities management, fitting out and repair & maintenance issues
• Overseas travel and shift duty are required
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Interior Design, Building Construction, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant work experience in retail store project management or property management
• With hands on experience in handling full set of construction drawings and technical drawings, with knowledge in workflow capturing and SOP initiation will be definitely an advantage
• Strong site supervision, quality and scheduling control abilities
• Excellent project planning, organization and execution skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Facilities and Project Manager
