Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the Property Management team
- Monitor and arrange repair and maintenance works for our properties
- Make recommendations of contractors' quotations
- Liaise with the Projects team to deal with building defects
- Handle requests and complaints from customers
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Building related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years relevant experiences preferably in property management companies with 3 years at supervisory level
- On-site experience is a must, conversant with current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated with good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Technical Manager
