Job Descriptions:

• Report directly to APM or PM;
• Handle daily property management and operation of a luxurious residential building in Hong Kong Island;
• Prepare budget and cost control plans;
• Attend Incorporated Owners meetings;
• Monitor maintenance work.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with relevant qualification and with at least 3 years working experience in property management field;
• Conversant with DMC/BMO and related ordinances;
• Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Familiar with MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Mature, independent, organized, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Property Officer.
