Ovolo is now looking for an individual who stands out from the crowd to manage Hong Kong’s hottest new hotel. Located on the Southside in the city’s next big fashion, art and culture district.
Responsibilities:
- Serving customers in restaurant / lounge / bar with full attention in professional manner
- Handling all daily side duties assigned by supervisors
- Report all issues concerned by customers to duty supervisors / managers immediately
- Maintain restaurant /lounge / bar clean and tidy
- Maintain all service utensils and equipments in well condition
Requirements:
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Polite and pleasant personality
- Hotel and western restaurants working experience will be an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good command of Mandarin and Cantonese will be an advantage
