維修主任 (Maintenance Officer)

職責:

• 負責屋苑內所有工程和技術服務事宜
• 協助管理維修部門和規劃部門工作
• 確保屋苑所有設備和公用系統的完整性和正常運作
• 負責招標文件草案，分析，跟進和報告
• 協助編制年度預算，工程和維修項目的評估和分析
• 工作地點：粉嶺

學歷 / 工作經驗要求:

• 持工程大學學位、文憑或同等學歷
• 最少三年同職級工作經驗
• 具電力或土木資格
• 持職安證書
• 持電力B牌
• 能即時到任 (優先考慮)
