Job description :
  -Management and supervision of finance, administration & HR team.
  -Creates and implements financial, administration and HR policies and procedures, and ensure to meet the group's objectives.
  - Leads efforts to continuously improvement on staffing, staff retention, review compensation and benefit, and fulfill training needs.
 -Makes mid-term manpower plan for the whole company. 
 -Responsible for planning, implementation and control of annual financial budgets, mid-term plans and review financial statements.
 -Responsible for CSR, Compliance, Injustice and Scandal issues

  Education required :
  - Bachelor’s Degree or above.
  - Member of HKICPA, ACCA or other accounting body. 
  - Background with Financial Field.
  - Background with Human Resources Field.

 Skill required :
  - Excellent administrative, organisational and scheduling skills.
  - Experience of budgeting and financial management.
  - Experience of staff management.
  - Good problem solving skill.
  - Knowledge regarding ISO9001, ISO14001, AS9100, OHSAS18001 is preferred.
  - Knowledge regarding J-SOX is preferred.
  - 5 or more years related aviation field support experience is preferred.
