Responsibilities

- Monitor the factory loading, such as production capacity, order quantities, order fulfillment process, etc.

- Report and analyze sales varience to senior management

- Update the costing information

- Monitor potential order system and order system data with IT department

- Assist in sales budget preparation and analysis, act as a key role for coordinating the sales budget data prepared by sales department & factories

- Provide support to senior management of Production Site

- Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements

-University graduate in Industrial Engineering / Managerial Statistics or related discipline will be advantage

-At least 3 years working experience in business planning, scheduling and sales analysis with related statistics background

-Exposure in manufacturing industry, especially in garment industry will be an advantage

-Strong in data mining with good analytical skills and numeric sensitive

-Proficiency in computer, especially Microsoft Excel

-Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is required

-Able to work independently and as a team

-Occasional travel to PRC is required

Candidate with less experience will be considered as "Assistant Business Analyst"
