Reporting to the Site Manager, the incumbent will act as an important pipeline between Sales Engineer(S) in the region (both China & Japan). Major responsibilities are listed, but not limited to, as below:


Major Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of Marketing Coordinator
• Coordinate with Global Product Management team to improve the manufacturing cost in regional Plants or Outside Vendors
• Analyses the reasons for the lost business and propose alternative solutions to ultimately win business share
• Make use of computerized system to identify new business opportunity & make appropriate manufacturing cost improvement recommendations
• Answer any inquiry from Sales Engineers in the region
• Held a Business tracking meeting every once a month to share and follow up the opportunities on hand

Requirements:

• Post-secondary Diploma holder
• At least 5 years relevant experience gained from connector industry
• Hands on knowledge of PC software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• SAP operation knowledge is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Putonghua & English
• Good Spoken & Written Japanese is a MUST
