Job Responsibilities:

Relationship Management

• Gain an understanding of our Global Consulting Clients’ operations.
• Develop and execute a calling plan that recognizes the changing face of our end user as a result of schedule rotations within each client base.
• Contribute to the development of customer account plans by leading a company-wide planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and establishes a clear action plan for success.
• Achieve assigned revenue and production targets through consistent performance.

 Project Management

• Define and deploy workflows to maximize our opportunities within each assigned consulting firm.
• Conduct industry research to identify and recruit experts who match the needs of client requests.
• Contact experts via cold-calling, email correspondence, industry and networking referrals, professional associations and other relationships.
• Contact clients for clarification or additional information as needed to ensure we have the information required to properly fulfill projects.
• Assess client feedback, service and workflow issues, and accounts at risk to generate creative strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Achieve assigned revenue and production targets through consistent performance.

 Requirements:

• Fluency in English, and other Asian languages are preferable
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Task-oriented, diligent, and highly-organized
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Prior sales experience or relationship management is a plus
