Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for Leasing Department, including leasing and tenancy administration
• Liaise with landlord, department store management for leasing matter independently
• Maintain good working relations with landlords, agents, property developers, government departments and other related parties to ensure jobs done effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related disciplines
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in retail leasing
• Proactive, organized and detail-minded with strong business sense
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer - Leasing
