Main Responsibilities:-

• Prepare annual budget, quarterly forecast and business plan
• Complete variance analysis between actual and budget of financial statements
• Assist in integration plans on newly acquired business and set up related accounting systems
• Support various business process improvement projects
• Monitor cost control and pricing analysis
• Implement business intelligence project and deliver business report for performance monitoring
• Prepare ad hoc management reports for decision making
• Prepare valuation and modeling of M&A project/expansion projects

 Requirements:-

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or business related discipline
• At least 5 years’ accounting experience
• Familiar with PRC accounting/tax and other regulations an advantage
• ERP/Accounting system implementation experience preferred
• Initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical mind, independent with good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English & fluency in Mandarin
• Professional qualification in ACCA / HKICPA is preferable but not essential
• Willing to travel when required and work in PRC on project basis
